DELIVERY
All orders placed before 12pm(EST) on any business day we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, & stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day.
We choose to ship using Australia Express Post for all orders within Australia. For international orders we choose Fedex.  Import or Customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Cohen et Sabine will offer a refund or exchange on any unworn items. For goods sent within Australia, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, shipments outside Australia within 14 days of delivery. Good must be returned with labels & swing tickets intact. The date your items were dispatched will be detailed for in the shipping confirmation emailed to you.
Refunds must be made through our online store. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued by any of our stores. If you require an exchange, we recommend you contact us ahead of time to reserve the item you would like to exchange for. We will dispatch with no extra charge once the original item is returned to us, provided the condition of the item returned is satisfactory & like for like.
A complementary returns label will be provided. We advise a proof of postage when returning goods, should you need to claim on any undelivered parcels.
